Gharbia Governorate

Extraction Factory

Located in Shobrablola, Qotour, Gharbia Governorate, our extraction facility features modern steam distillation and solvent extraction lines. The factory is designed to process fresh botanicals immediately after harvest, minimizing any degradation of aromatic compounds. Capacity is maintained to handle seasonal peak volumes of geranium, jasmine, and herb crops from nearby agricultural areas.

QC & Analytical Laboratory

Our Gharbia laboratory is equipped with GC/MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry), refractometers, and polarimeters. The laboratory performs incoming raw material inspections and finished product analysis. A full documentation package — Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and IFRA compliance declaration — is issued for every approved batch.

Sourcing & Collection Hubs

We maintain dedicated collection and primary quality-vetting facilities in Beheira Governorate for citrus oils, seed oils (jojoba, moringa, black seed, sesame), and aromatic herbs. These hubs are managed by our agronomists, who work closely with local farming communities to ensure consistent raw material quality and supply chain continuity.

Two Governorates, One Commitment

The rich agricultural heritage of Egypt's Delta region provides an ideal growing environment for our core botanical raw materials. We work exclusively with Egyptian-grown botanicals, maintaining direct relationships with farm suppliers.

Gharbia Governorate

Primary production hub. Home to our extraction factory. Key crops: Jasmine, Geranium, Chamomile, Marjoram, Rosemary, Thyme, Peppermint, and other medicinal herbs.

Beheira Governorate

Sourcing hub for citrus-derived oils (Neroli, Petitgrain, Bitter Orange Peel) and seed oils (Black Seed, Jojoba, Moringa, Sesame, Olive, Flaxseed).
